Betrayer is the second book in the Dragon Heritage Series. In this series, we follow Thatcher, the clumsy dragon rider you ever meet, and his adventures with his dragon Fornax, who is blinded in the first book. Thatcher is joined by Murdoc, haunted by a dark past as a ulfranger assassin. Now he was fighting alongside dragon riders to find an evil witch named Davena. This second book is filled with all kinds of backstory information revealed, like your peeling an onion. Nicole never ceases to weave a good story and especially enjoyable when you involved a dragon or two.
