If you enjoyed the story of Rudolph growing up, you would want your children to meet Eve. Everyone gets things done in their unique ways, and when a person like the head elf in this story dictates and controls our spirits, we don’t want to be very productive or happy. I like the colorful pictures and the simple message that everyone deserves to shine and be joyful even while working. You see classic themes in previous Christmas stories like the reindeer not having fun, elves not being cheerful, and a typical bad guy in charge. Santa comes to save the day and, of course, acknowledges he was in the wrong and should have made a wiser choice of who he put in charge. A delightful Christmas story to add to your collection.
