Review:
Only Good Enemies is the second book in Jennifer Estep, an action-packed adventure blending fantasy, sci-fi, and romance. The genuine bond might influence Vesper and Kyrion’s romance, but I think it would survive even if they could get rid of it. The pace of this series is quick and abounds with twists and turns as Vesper and Kyrion are trying to keep Vesper out of Lord Callus Holloway’s clutches as he wants to drain Vesper and Kryion’s powers for his own. Vesper has suffered quite a few times under Holloway’s cruelty, and each time it breaks Kyrion’s heart as he feels the pain through the proper bond. Not only is Vesper trying to stay alive she is also trying to prevent her inventions from being twisted into lethal weapons by the tech wave. With battles on every front, will Vesper and Kyrion be successful? On the edge of my seat for the next book.
