How Was My Week?

This week, my copy of the March Adult Fairyloot finally arrived. You can see the gorgeous cover below on my current reading shelf. The read-along that Fairy Loot hosts starts Monday, but I could not wait to start it, so I dove in last night. I also borrowed A Door in the Dark by Scott Reingten from the library. I thoroughly enjoyed the Ashlords series by him, and this cover keeps popping up in my feed. Since the sequel is out, it seems like a great time to give it a go. I have finished the books from Netgalley for April, so I am starting on my May reads. I have four for this month- Library Thief, The Dangerous Ones, Mind Games, and Blood and Fury. I am most excited about Mind Games, the new Nora Roberts. As the month winds down, I will probably not finish any more books before Tuesday evening, but I will hold off on my monthly wrap-up just in case. I hope you have a great reading week. I am here to help you with whatever May brings us.

  1. Ahhh I’ve had the Brigid Kemmerer series on my TBR for ages! I need to get to it soon! The Library Thief looks great too!

  2. Well you read many of the kinds of books I enjoy but some I haven’t managed to read yet. Thanks for sharing a review on Catchpenny. I thought hard about taking that one but didn’t. Probably just as well. It sounds a bit too ambiguous for me.
