Review:
Deathly Grimm is the sequel and conclusion to the story that started with Forest Grimm. Clara and Axel are off to the woods in an attempt to officially end the curse. What I love most about this set of books is how Kathryn Purdie twists the Grimm Fairy tales and interweaves them into the plot. The setting is the Grimm Forest, and I enjoyed guessing which tale is currently being revealed in the story. When Clara and Axle encountered Rumplestilkin, Ikept saying I knew his name. Come on, you can solve this riddle, guys. The Forest Grimm Duology is a creative story with fairytales, an imaginative cast of characters, and a sweet romance.
About Kathryn Purdie
